Error upgrading Solarwinds NPM from 2024.1 to 2024.2

Hello everyone!

I hope you are well, I have an error when upgrading solarwinds from 2024.1 to 2024.2, in an HA environment with 2 nodes, the update failed on node 1.

I try to run the offline installer and it shows me this.

I am a beginner in solarwinds and I generated a ticket but the solution they gave me is only urls, the support is bad

I'd contact support if you have not already done so. While I haven't seen issues with upgrades and HA there is a known bug with HA in 2024.2. It was fixed in 2024.2.1. Support should be able to straighten everything out.
