Do you mean to say you want to monitor websites on SolarWinds using SAM for just 2 hours in a day ?
It looks like they mean this other monitoring service - Site24x7 offers both free & paid monitoring services for your entire IT environment. Monitor the health and performance of websites, servers, networks, ...
What exactly do you mean by integrate? I use both products extensively and know of no direct integration. What are you trying to accomplish?
To echo @jklundy here: we need more info on the task. I would see that you can ingest monitoring data from Site24x7 via the API into SolarWinds, as it seems to be a saas Solution, I would see it easier to pull info from the SWI side, than to push info from 24x7. I would start creating a ICMP/Externa, Node for www.site24x7.com (or whatever TLD your instance is hosted) and the create a SAM -API Poller for it. With this you can then set your API requests. I am wondring if I could link these solution together by any chance.
For our user Dashboard links we created a site 24x7 dashboard and added the link under My Dashboards. It is not integrated but any end user using My Dashboards will be able to bring up the site 24x7 link in Solarwinds.

Yes, since neither vendor has made an official integration for you then there will be some level of basic coding involved to roll your own. Or you can contract people like @HerrDoktor and others to do the coding for you, if thats not something you are equipped for.
