Request for suggestion for SNMP credential failing nodes

Hi Team,

Good Morning!

I have created a widget to check the nodes that are experiencing SNMP credential failures and discovered that almost 360 nodes have issues with their SNMP credentials, whether it's V1 or V2.

When I individually checked a few nodes and tried to add the same nodes using the same credentials for SNMP V2 and V3, it worked and the tests were successful. Please help me to fix this issue.

Platform Version Is:- 2024.2.0.

How is the widget determining there are credential failures? I would probably first question the validity of how this is gathering its info if the nodes are passing a credential test.

Presumably you are using a Custom Query widget ...

What's the query inside that?

My question is how can I fix the credentials issue?

I have validated the few nodes in which showing credentials are failing but when I try to add the same node using the same credentials it's working.

using above query, i made a widget to check the node snmp credentials failing issue or u can say that to check last poll for the devices.

After that, i found 100 nodes that are not polling properly due to SNMP credential failing issue.

When i test few nodes snmp v2 or v3 credentials its failed.

But when i use same credentials for adding the same or differnt IP it's working.

So, I need to solve this issue. why the same credentials are working for adding new IP or same IP but not working for already onboarded nodes.
