Challenges with HCO upgrade to 2024.2.0 from 2024.1.0??

I am looking to gather information from the community at large, for any issues with upgrading from 2024.2.0 from 2024.1.0, HCO only.

I have been working with Solarwinds support for some time, so to be clear, this is not a request for direct help. What I am looking for is any issues that have cropped up after upgrading to the 2024.2.0 release.

At this point, despite sending many diagnostics and multiple webex sessions with various levels of support, we still do not have a root cause identified. Which is why I'm reaching out to the larger community to see if there any issues that have cropped up specifically to this release.

If you did encounter issues, could you please share any relevant details and the remediation(s) which resolved the issues.

might help if you could be more specific about the problems you are having? I've moved 3 environments from 2024.1 to 2024.2 lately and none of them had anything noteworthy come up.

Please share your support ticket number for the issues you are having.

Also note, 2024.2.1 is available, suggest you upgrade to that version.

In late June we upgraded to 2024.2 and a few weeks later started experiencing issues with HA, and we ended up down for a day. We have no RCA yet on our outage, but feel it is related to HA as we are now stable without HA enabled. Turns out there is an HA bug with a manual work around identified 7/19 and is fixed in 2024.2.1, which we are looking to quickly move to. This is the only issue we have seen since our upgrade.
