SCP/SFTP Server - specify upload path

Trying to set up SFTP to save Cisco configs, but can only get to the root path and not the path for specific folders.

I would like to have them organized and not all in the root path, or is not a feature? 

example:

C:\SFTP_Root\Backup1

C:\SFTP_Root\Backup2

I'd suggest a feature request posted here:  Network Configuration Manager (NCM) Feature Requests would be the best way forward with this.
