Why can 't connect to database MySql from DPA application.

I have question.

Why my DPA application can not connect to MySql database?
With error below.

Connection timed out usually means that DPA cannot talk to the MySQL server. On the DPA system, open powershell and check if this command succeeds tnc <Server> - port <PortNumber> (without the < > brackets) example in the KB below.

You should see TcpTestSucceeded :True in the results. If it is false then you need to allow port 3306 on the firewall.

This could also be a configuration issue where remote connections are not allowed. Have a look at this KB https://phoenixnap.com/kb/mysql-remote-connection
