Solarwinds and gns3 lab setup in azure

I am following the same pdf GNS3-Orion_howto_2020-v01 to setup gns3 lab and solarwinds in azure, I was able to ping to gns3 server from gns3 gui and solarwinds but not able to ping or telnet to Router(192.168.122.93). I have verified and opened all ports from the server even icmp but not sure why the routers are not working to add into orion

Probably the only person who could make any headway in debugging this, the author Leon Adato,  has long since left SolarWinds since he last published that guide.  You are probably just going to have to figure this out on your end.  MY best guess is maybe you missed something around step 2-5 in configuring your router.
