Greetings to the community, I wanted to ask if there is any type of report on interface failures and duration of interruptions on non-Cisco equipment.

Upon review the SolarWinds Platform appears to have 40+ various 'Interface' Status reports.
2 of them within the Screen Shot being for Interface Down.
Customize the Report by selecting 'DUPLICATE & EDIT'.
Here you can then edit the currently all Nodes all interfaces to have the Filter;
Vendor | 'is not equal to' | 'Cisco' as shown within the screen shot.
I suggest that you see the report including all first because the exported *.xls can include and be filtered not to show the Cisco interfaces.
This is all SolarWinds Platform ‘Out Of The Box’…
