I've searched for previous topics, and the two that I saw did not have any replies, so I'm going to see if anyone is able to help.
We recently downloaded SolarWinds NCM Connector For Cisco SmartAdvisor. I am able successfully test connectivity and receive the "Success! Connected to NCM Server".
However, when I click the Search button after filling in the Customer Details information, another box pops up asking for the same information. After I confirm it matches what Cisco shows, I receive the error "Policy Falsified".
Has anyone been able to remedy this? Surely there are other SolarWinds customers using this product.
