Bandwidth Utilization Report calculation during business hours

I'm trying to do a bandwidth utilization report of our Internet interfaces but would need to consider the business hours.

I was able to do this for availability but would like to get the trend how our internet is utilized during business hours.

Is there an out of the box report that I can modify to achieve this?
