We have created Trap rules to trigger alerts based on SNMP trap. The alerts are showing in the 'All Active Alerts' page when triggered. However, when we generate the 'Triggered & Reset Alerts' reports, all the alerts from SNMP polling are in the report but non of the alerts triggered from SNMP trap can be found in the report. Anyone experienced the same?
