SWIS - Invoking Cirrus.Nodes.ExecuteConfigChangeReportAction

As the subject suggests, i am trying to invoke this verb under Cirrus.Nodes using python.

However i am getting an error where ExecuteConfigChangeReportAction evoked with comparisonType = MostRecentToLastOfTheSameType show me error

The output is not informative not sure what is wrong here.
