Collector Install Loop

After Upgrade to the newest Version my logs Collector say "Collector security: One or more Collector certificates are not verified"

So i uninstall and reinstall the collecotrs and now everytime i start the collector it want upgrade but its already upgraded.

After the attempt the collector say: "Disconnected: Failed to determine the installed ARM version and - if possible- to start it"

So whats wrong here.

Hi Mike,

The collector security message is no longer relevant due to the changes in the latest version, so you can safely ignore it. It will be removed in a hotfix release coming out soon.

You may need to manually update the collectors to resolve the other issue.

I'm going to make a post regarding the latest update and give the troubleshooting articles we have created so far.

I already update manually and deinstall and install the connector. The Error still persist.

Hi,

from my two Collector i got one working "1". But even if both are green i get still get the error: "2"
