CLI Device Template for an OpeanGear CM8132

Hi,

I'm trying to use NCM to download the config for an OpenGear CM8132 Console Switch. I have tried using the existing OpenGear template found in on THWACK but the config.xml file doesn't appear to exist.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Did you try creating your own, using the Interactive Wizard?
Settings > All Settings > Manage Device Templates > Add New > Using Interactive Wizard

If I was you I would just open a ticket with opengear and get them to confirm where the config file is, or if the name changed or whatever. Or even just ssh into it and try to navigate around and look for the file yourself. The commands in the template are fairly straight forward, its just doing basic linux operations to print out the contents of whatever file holds the config info.
