We are having issues with polling hardware info for DELL servers with OMSA version 10 or later on Windows based OS. We have different generations of DELL servers (mainly gen 14 and gen 15) and with OMSA 9.5 we are able to see "Hardware health" on List Resources view, but as soon as we update OMSA to version 10 or 11, it disappears. Version 11 of OMSA work fine on Linux boxes, but on Windows for some reason it does not work at all. I tried switching polling method between SNMPv1 and SNMPv2 but without luck as well.
I tested with different generations and models and effect is always the same. Looks like SAM only support Windows boxes with OMSA till 9.5. Anything newer than that is no go for us.
I tried reaching out to support but unfortunately agents are clueless, and they are sending me to SAM support page which states that Orion only supports Generation 10.
