Network Discovery Auto Polling Method Change

Hi,

My network discovery jobs are running, and detecting when a device was ICMP but now is either WMI or SNMP enabled but is not auto converting those devices to the new method - even though the discovery is set to auto import.

Is there something else that's needed to enable this?

What have you selected here ? Have you turned this ON ? When you switch this ON only if IP can be reached over ICMP it will consider that node to be auto import, switch this OFF and set it to NO and then test your job.

Hi, I've had the same issue. I want to convert all my ICMP device to WMI.

Unfortunately, unticking the 'Include devices/nodes that respond to ICMP' doesn't help.

Even if I manually import all the results, they are getting skipped.

Could you please rephrase I am afraid I dont understand. You mean to say if you uncheck ICMP and check only WMI in network discovery it doesnt work ?
