Improve Network Performance

I have a customer who has been using Solarwind for many years, and very much satisfed.  Currently, we are trying to improve the Prirotity Levels (1-4) to be more proactive and remediate automatically.  Besides NPM module what other modules are recommended to reduce the problem tickets across their network infrastrucutre (Routers, Switches, Firewalls, etc.). Will NCM module will be effective along with opensource tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Python scripts.

You really need to see what problem tickets you get and then work out which Solarwinds modules or othe software would help in resolving them. But NCM is one I would recommend. It will backup all your network devices and send you emails when someone makes any changes
