Assistance Needed for Configuring High Availability Listener

Hello,

I am trying to configure a new listener for high availability, but it failed and gave me the attached error. I checked all the ports, and they seem fine to me. Please see the attached message and advise.

we have HCO version for SolarWinds. Any idea how to fix it. Appreciate your response. Thanks

Had the exact same error. When we do changes to DB's its better to elevate access to DBOAdmin role and run the config. wizard. It will avoid this error. and then it can be reduced to standard user
