Modern Dashboards Blank or Timing Out

I raised this issue with support with no luck. I have three Modern Dashboards with maybe 3-4 widgets each. Using Chrome or Edge, I have an auto tab switcher extension and a page refresh. I run these dashboards on a very big screen in our NOC. Almost daily I come into to find that the screens are blank, and the browser is just spinning trying to load the page. I end up having to remote to the machine (WINDOWS 11), kill the offending tabs and reload them. There are two other tabs displaying ServiceNow dashboard content. Anyone else having this issue? I've tried everything I can think of with the browsers. FWIW, I have another screen with SolarWinds NOC views cycling and never have the issue.

How do you authenticate the wallboard account?

I've got some classics on screens using modernUI elements which seem to update fine at the moment but I've had a pain with em in the past, mightt be able to test some modern-only stuff. No promises

I do find the settings above make a difference

I've tried the latest versions of Chrome and Edge. My service account is authenticated through OKTA as an Active Directory account with "Enable automatic login" on. Despite that, I do find that I have to login in with UN/PW.

When it breaks, if you refresh the page manually, does it appear you've logged out/been timed out/etc?

No, it does not. For this user I have "Disable Session Timeout" = Yes. The page is just spinning and showing blank. Otherwise, it is saying "Out of Memory" though viewing Task Manager, the system has 60% remaining. Clearing cache and restarting last about 18-24 hours.

We had an issue which was causing any URL with /APPS to be appear blank, which affected some of our modern dashboard widgets, it turned out to be the web application firewall (WAF) blocking it, as it thought it was a SQL Injection attack. It might be worth them checking their WAF logs
