Setting up NCM Connector for Cisco Smart advisor

Hi,

I recon I must be doing something super stupid, because I'm trying to something that looks like it should be easy.

I have SolarWinds connector installed on our server, in the local admin account. I can connect to the NCM np.

I notice that CCO id: is pre-populated with my network logon (Solar Winds account) I am unable to overwrite that, I cannot type anything in that field.

When I search for my company name....it's error time.

This should be really easy surely, what can I be doing so wrong?

@Rolfey83 I tried this in the lab and have a different error. In the following path, there should be a log: C:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\NCMSAConnector\NCMSAConnector.log. Does it give more context about the message?

I have about 4 logs, in log 4 I have this which doesn't mean an awful lot to me, I can't see anything standing out as obvious.
