Download of MIBs from Shared Templates Fails

On Solarwinds I'm trying to download some MIBs from the Shared Template on Thwack but I keep getting this error 'Status Code (500 - InternalServerError) was returned from the server.' My Credentials are valid for Thwack and I Can log onto Thwack. My Solarwinds installation shows me the shared templates but just won't download them. Can someone help with this?

If your SW server has internet access and you are running 2020.2.5 or earlier then it could be this - https://solarwindscore.my.site.com/SuccessCenter/s/article/401-error-when-you-attempt-to-import-shared-content-from-THWACK-through-the-Orion-Web-Console?language=en_US

I'm assuming you are trying to download from the Solarwinds console?

Device Templates are these templates you are looking for by any chance?

Thanks for the reply. This is exactly what I'm doing an it fails with the error message as stated in my original post. In fact here it is in full:

'Unable to download Extreme HiveOS due to an error or communications failure. Status Code (500 - InternalServerError) was returned from the server.'

Hi Mark,

I'm on version 2024.1.1 so that previous posting isn't relevant. The manual download from the page you gave and then the import has worked so thank you for your help.
