Bandwidth graph in email alert not displaying

Hello,

I'm having an issue to display a graph in my email alert which triggers upon the limit set has been reached. The alert works well except the graph does not work and is showing only the broken Icon. Below is my code for the graph display.

I have used the exact ID since im using same for only one interface currently.

I have tried using the DirectLink account for dynamic URL to no avail and same is not secure in my current environment.

Can someone help to achieve the graph display in email alert.

Hi Fardeen,

Have you tried to use the action: 'Email a Web Page'? Using this action you simply need to paste the URL in the required field and it will be sent as PDF.

If you need it on the email body I don't think <img src> will work for charts. This is intended to work with JPEG/JPG, PNG, GIF, SVG, WebP, BMP.

I tried it initially and it did not work. The pdf got me below error despite previewing the URL on the configuration opened the URL fine.

So there is no way i can trigger an email upon an alert with demonstration of the alert within a graph

This out-of-the-box action should work well... maybe it's taking too long to convert it to PDF. Review the ActionsExecutionAlert.log and OrionWebPdf.log for more insights.
It might be worth opening a support ticket to analyze the logs as well.
