Hi everyone, Need help. I can't run installer of Orion platform version 2024.1.1 (NPM, NTA, AWS, APE) error name is keyword not supported 'provider'. I have install on VM Server with OS windows server version 2022 datacenter.
The error is too generic to give a good answer here. When i run into issues with the installer, then i get a different installer from the SolarWinds Customer Portal to double check.
The offline installer would be required to go to version 2024.1.1. If you use the online installer, it'll always bring you to the latest version, which right now is 2024.2.
@Nattapong.ng We seen this a handful of times and could have multiple reasons. A potential workaround is to run the installer via command line with -notest switch:

When installing on a VM and your having issues, try copying the ISO to the VM and running it there, rather than mounting the ISO in VMWare and attaching it to the VM.
Thank you everyone. I try create new VM and reinstall my OS Windows Server 2022. It work, Now I can install NPM, NTA, APE and AWS.
