Map security settings?

We have sensitive data where only a certain group can only see there devices. We currently use Custom Properties to only display their devices so they can not see other networks etc. With that said a group was created to allow them to see all their devices one page with a map of their devices to get a easy icon status. On the group page the map can not be viewed without the admin access. Is there a work around to assign that map to the same settings as the custom property for viewing rights?

Basically I can not set the MAP to public view. The only way I know to get this to work is to use a shared account which in this case is not acceptable. So how do restricted users see a restricted map with out other groups seeing the devices on the MAP? SolarWinds needs better defined security settings for restricting nodes from public view.

If you are using Account Limitations to restrict what nodes are visible to the account, the Map should honour account limitations and hide any nodes that the account does not have access to view.
