Adding a DHCP Scope to Multiple Sites with different subnets.

I have the same layout at multiple sites with multiple VLANs.

I would like to script adding a DHCP scope to a subnet for a specific VLAN in each site but the subnet is different in each site.

Is there a way to do this with variables to get the subnet from the switch before inputting the config for the scope.
