How do I avoid that I have to choose commands, when I click on an inserted map ? In network Atlas it was able to put a link to a nested map, clicking the link would open the map.
I do not need the options under the command I just want the nested map to open when placed map is clicked.

From what I've seen, this isn't possible right now with nested maps. This is one of the features missing from the old Atlas maps, where you could just click through to each layer. I either use the dropdown in your image, or I click on the next layer in the sidebar of the Map view.

Hi @UJEK you literally just need to [left] click the icon and it will take you to the new map.

Or, as Adam suggests, if you middle-click it will open that map in a new tab.

That's odd as on my 2024.1 installation, nested maps works as intended. If I left click on the nested map a new tab opens up with the map. If I just hover on the object, I get the box with the commands as an option.

What NPM version are you on?

I just use this option when adding in a map on a map.
