Kiwi Syslog fails to install

Currently I'm studying a CCNA course where the tutor has used GN3 to create a small network of 2 routers and a Windows 10 PC (see image). So I am trying to install Kiwi Syslog to the Windows PC without much success. The install starts and seems to get as far as entering an admin password and then asks me to press return. After I press return I'm informed that the setup has failed and I need to run it again. I run it again with much the same results. Hopefully you'll be able to find the log file below. I don't suppose anybody might have any idea why this has occurred?

Just checking if you have .NET Framework 8 and 4.8 installed?

Thanks for the reply and I think so, although I'm not entirely certain. How would I go about checking?

I'm pretty certain that at least .NET framework 4.7.1 or later is installed as when I attempted to download and install a later version I couldn't do that as the installer for that version informed me a later version was installed. So I have that requirement I believe

You can try reinstalling and installing it NET Framework 4.8 program, this should be the issue.
