I have configured the email's alert and it is working well when i simulate it manually.
But when i submit it to send this alert every 10minutes, it does not work even if the trigger condition is still verified.
I think you've got what that 10 minute setting does, it runs the SWQL/Evaluates the alert every 10 minutes, it wouldnt follow without additional settings that it'd trigger every 10 minutes, you'd want the reset condition to be at 10 minutes for that or simmilar.
Bear in mind you're alerting on bandwidth right now, which means if updated it'd alert till an engineer changes the config of the interface and solarwinds rescanned it, or till you set a new custom bandwidth, which doesnt feel like it's what you want it to do. -But maybe it is
There is a setting under the alert action that will repeat the action if the alert is still active after that time.
