Unable to onboard Nutanix Cluster

Currently Nutanix AHV is supported up till version 6.5.3.6 based on this documentation that I found: https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/success_center/orionplatform/content/core-nutanix-hwh-requirements.htm

Is there any way to know if the subsequent version upgrade 2024.2 / 2024.3 / 2024.4 will support newer Nutanix AHV version? Our company Nutanix AHV is currently running on 6.5.5.5 but we will be patching it to 6.5.5.7 in the coming weeks. We do hope that SolarWinds is able to support the latest Nutanix AHV version in the upcoming version upgrade.

I believe I am already working on this same issue for you internally. We are in the process of validating 6.5.5.5 and in general we believe that anything 6.5.5.x should work fine. If you wouldn't mind, could you request your original support ticket be re-opened? I will link that to a ticket on the engineering side for the validation so we can let you know once we have completed that.

We are also having Nuatnix AOS 6.5.5.5 version in place and we were unable to monitor. We had raised the case 01192379 for same.
