Long resource load

Hi everybody, we have some of this rows in our OrionWeb.log and would like to understand how to fix it:

Some questions:

1. the Time si in ms, right ?
2. what is the meaning about the message ?
3. How can we fix it ?

Can you look at your system health https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/success_center/orionplatform/content/core-optimization-activediagnostics.htm do you have a very busy poller? is the web server on the same server as the poller?
