We are evaluating the storage profiler software with a Clariion array and had it configured and working last week.
On Friday night the profiler stopped collecting performance data from the array and now the array shows a status of "Lost_Communication".
I have verified the following:
- The array is up and running
- Data logging is enabled on the array
- In Profiler the 'Active' check box on the Clariion device is checked
- The ProfileCollector service is running on the Profiler server
- The SMI-S Module shows as 'online' in the Clariion details screen.
Does anyone have any thoughts as to the next thing I should check?
