Profiler has stipped collecting Performance data

We are evaluating the storage profiler software with a Clariion array and had it configured and working last week.

On Friday night the profiler stopped collecting performance data from the array and now the array shows a status of "Lost_Communication".

I have verified the following:

• The array is up and running
• Data logging is enabled on the array
• In Profiler the 'Active' check box on the Clariion device is checked
• The ProfileCollector service is running on the Profiler server
• The SMI-S Module shows as 'online' in the Clariion details screen.

Does anyone have any thoughts as to the next thing I should check?
