How can I troubleshoot this problem ?

I want to integrate SolarWinds SEM to my SolarWinds HCO, but When I click Test, it returns failed

I ensure that SEM IP address and credential are correct

Are you sure port 443 is allowed through and through the firewall or whatever mechanism you have in place to restrict or allow it ? or does API use a different port ?
