Method or Tool to scrub data from diagnostic logs prior to sending to support

We can not send identifiable data outside of the organization.

Does SolarWinds have a tool that will scrub log files of hostnames and IPs for diagnostic files for support? If not, what methods do others use for Federal environments in support situations?

yes, there is. And its located here: C:\Program Files\SolarWinds\Orion\SolarWinds.Scrubber.exe

It's only available on more recent versions (2024.4 forward) And there is known issue with it. I am working to get it resolved. I'll post back here if I am able to share more.
