Difference between Perfstack Charts and Regular Charts ?

Hi , 

I want to understand in simple terms what is the difference between Perfstack charts and Regular charts. 

Lets say I am creating a graph for an interface Percent Utilization (receive /  TRansmit ), how would the data given by both charts would differ.

What are the advantages and disadvantages of both ?

Do you mean the old school classic charts? They should be the same data. Its all the same database source. Perfstack is the newer and more modern of the two. The new ones sometimes have support for real-time polling which the classics don't. And you can zoom in and out of the perfstack one easier, classic ones are more difficult (depends what chart) - and overall just very outdated. Plus perfstack charts at any point can be opened in the full screen editor where you can drag and drop any metric across the whole platform including incoming logs and config changes. Also the classic charts are getting phased out, if you've noticed there's less and less as releases go.
