Having some trouble upgrading the SEM from 2023.4 to 2024.2

Hey all,

I'm having some difficulties getting the upgrade to run properly and am a bit stumped on what I've done wrong here. Ultimately, I'm just trying to upgrade the SEM from 2023.4 to 2024.2. I do this by mounting the ISO image on Hyper-V, as directed in the documentation (Mount the ISO image file (solarwinds.com), but I don't get very far. What I've run into is this:

A few things:

1. If you are upgrading through the Hyper-V console try to use ssh instead

2. If that does not solve it then the best option would be to open up a support ticket.  One cause may be the disk space where it is trying to upgrade needs to be cleared up.  Support can dig in a further to see if there is anything else.
