Adding a Network node to a map that represents a connection to the internet

Hey folks, super new to maps and Orion as a whole. I am trying to make a map that will represent our WAN connections. Example of 4 nodes... 2 nodes connect to a 10gbps internet connection and the other 2 are 10gbps P2P connections. The P2P is easy, I can just add the other side of the point. For the internet connection, how can I show that interface connecting to an internet source. Ideally i would like that link to show trouble on a map if the internet  circuit is having issues (down/down). Any easy way to do this? Thanks in advance.

It isn't well documented but you can create custom topology connections in Maps.

Example:

1. Find an image online that represents internet. I simply found a cloud image and downloaded it to my workstation.

2. Click on the add image button and add that image to the map.

3. Drag your 4 WAN nodes onto the map

4. Control click one of the WAN nodes AND the internet image.

5. Click on the 'Connect Objects' button (red arrow below)

6. In the dialog box, it'll have you select the interface on both sides to establish the topology. Since one side is an 'image' you simply need to search for the WAN node and choose it's respective interface. Make sure that one side has Egress selected and the other side has Ingress selected.

Once done, you'll see a custom topology line with the interface info. Repeat process for other WAN nodes.
