How can I have NPM when its rescanning or rediscovering a node add or remove specific interfaces from what I am monitoring? I have my engineers put specific tags in the interface descriptions of my devices so that when we are running network discovery it can find those tags in the "interface alias" and add them to be monitored. I also alert on those specific interface tags. I'm running into instances where if we add or remove these tags from a nodes interface description that the interface on an already discovered node will not be added or removed from NPM. Is there a way that NPM can rescan all of my interfaces for updates to the interface alias and appropriately add or remove it from NPM?
