Hybrid Cloud Observability - Alerts and Menu Failure Error

Hi Guys,

Last month my company has upgraded to the HCO licensed, after upgrading, I have this menu failure error that keeps popping out whenever i login to the platform. Also i have some new onboarded servers that are not triggering utilization alerts. (Commercial cloud Win 2022 servers and Red Hat servers) I have log cases to support for these but the solutions provided didnt solve the issue. So i was wondering if you guys have ever encountered these before and advise on it. Thanks

Just to add on the solutions support has provided so far is to repair the Solarwinds platform, and executing some scripts in database manager

"Executing some scripts" sounds like they suggested the clearing of pub/sub. This Menu Failure message was a common issue back when I worked support a few years ago. One thing that always worked for me and those I worked with was a simultaneous repair of the platform while also rebuilding the website. Since both require running of the Configuration Wizard you can kill two birds with one stone. Ever since HCO and instant eval came along, it's done slightly differently to rebuild website. Hi, i facing issue like this for several times in different environment, the guide to rebuild website and config wizard provided by @weston.hood we're great and solve this issue most of the time.

But recently i having same issue (note : Its not in HCO but on-prem environment) and after rebuilding website, configuration wizard, and even create new server and connect it to the existing database doesn't solve the issue.

Afrer we look the error log in "learn more" it's says there were some query that failed or having timeout, and the issue is there a table that were to big and can't be collected due to timeout...The issue is solved by increase the timeout or in my case just truncate the corresponding table.

Keep the support updated of the condition and they will surely help to troubleshoot the issue you have.
