Error while running a configuration wizard

Hi Team,

I am upgrading our environment to 2024.1 but while running a configuration wizard getting below error. Please advise.

Configuring database components for plugins FAILED

Database configuration failed:
• Error while executing script- Corruption in database ID 5, object ID 34 possibly due to schema or catalog inconsistency. Run DBCC CHECKCATALOG.
Cannot continue the execution because the session is in the kill state.
A severe error occurred on the current command. The results, if any, should be discarded.
• Error while configuring component Orion.ConfigurePluginDatabaseComponents.

I would call Support on this one. Since the platform is down, make sure to let them know this is a 'System Down' and it'll get prioritized.

How did you upgrade your environment ? Central online upgrade or doing it using an central offline upgrade ? Or are you running upgrades on each and every poller you have ?

Did you try running Config Wizard again ? Or did you stop after this error ?

It was a centralised upgrade and i stopped it after i got this error.
