How to View All Child entities With Problems

When a node triggers warning or critical alert due to child entities with problems (using enhanced status calculation), how do I view which child entities have problems?

I know I can hover over the name of the node to show tooltip details of the node, and it starts to list the child entities at the bottom, but...

1. sometimes the tooltip doesn't show up

2. sometimes the tooltip is cutoff due to resolution or size of browser window

3. the tooltip only shows a maximum of 5 child entities

Is there a widget that will list the child entities with problems?

Or is there a report I can run?

Otherwise if there are more than 5 child entities with problems, I have no way of knowing what the other child entities with problems are unless I resolve the 5 that are being displayed.

I also added this to my Node alert (Node is in warning or critical state)
Edit Alert > Trigger Actions > "Message displayed when this alert is triggered' text field
