I recently updated my Solarwind SEM from 2020.4 to 2022.4. Everything else works beside the Palo Alto Connector. I followed the instruction on the official website but still not working. I have used Facility name: LOG_LOCAL5 on both SEM and PA (3000 series). The guide doesn't mention about supporting 3000series but we got it working on our previous version. I am able to ping successfully in both ways, there are no any traffic when i did the tcpdump. Is there anything else i can try.
