Error during configuration wizard (Migration to new server

Guys, Need help !!!

I am using NPM and want to migrate services to new ones. Currently i have 2 servers (1 for Polling and website and the 2nd one is for DB, NPM 2020.2.6 & SQL 2014). I want to migrate to new hardware (IPs will be same) with Windows server 2022 & SQL 2019.

I have taken the DB backup from old server and restored to new servers. But during the configuration wizard i am getting trailing error and screenshot is also attached.

Configuring database components for plugins FAILED

Database configuration failed:
• Error creating Log Manager database. Please check the ConfigurationWizard.log file for details
• Error while configuring component Orion.ConfigurePluginDatabaseComponents.

Start here, but definitely log a support case with SW support, they will be best equipped to assist.

Check if you have created a separate database for Log Manager (OLV/LA) and check if you have migrated that as well. If it sits on same netperfmon DB (SolarWinds DB) then yeah raise a support case.

Check if the SQL account used has the following permissions:
security admin
db_owner
db_creator
