Problem with Cisco stack switch monitoring

Hello,
We've got Cisco C3850 stack switch. It consists of five physical devices and it's monitored in SolarWinds NPM. Last week one switch went down. It was up and running but it fell out out of the stack (provisioned mode). Unfortunately, we did not get any email notification regarding the issue. Hence my question: is there any way to enable such notifications? If such issue occurs in the future, we would like to know that. We need to know if one of the switches in the stack is down or is not stack member anymore.

There are several out of the box alerts you could start with, just search alerts for stack.

Thanks. It should be working also when the device is in "Provisioned" mode instead of "Ready", right?
