SD-WAN Orchestrator Alerting: Meraki MXs

We have an SD-WAN orchestrator setup to monitor Meraki MXs. We are wanting to setup alerts, so that when the Orchestrator Inventory shows a MX status as down/ offline, it will create an alert and display this on the dashboard. Is there anyway of doing this?

You should be able to accomplish this with an "SD-WAN Node" object type alert. Something like these conditions. Or you can simply change to status != up since there are many "down" statuses, as you'll see listed. (in the case of my MX devices, MX is in the name hence the first line, not sure if yours is)

When you browse all fields to select these conditions, you can change the example object to one of your MX devices.
