Operating System Updates Applied widget not updating with latest installed Windows updates

We are using SolarWinds to monitor and report on when Microsoft updates have been applied to servers.  For one of our servers it is not currently displaying the most recent Windows updates that were applied.  I have everything listed up to last months.  When does the information for the Operating System Updates widgets information get updated?  Is this updated when it polls, reboots, etc.?  What could be preventing this from updating?  No changes have been made to the configuration since updates were performed last month and this feature worked.

Much has changed in recent releases to how this information is obtained. I would need to know

1) Your current platform version 

2) Polling method of the node not working - wmi or agent? 

3) and just to confirm, you're referring to the Operating System Updates Applied resource? or the Windows Update Information resource? There are two very different ones.

To answer one of your questions - how often is it updated? Asset Inventory polling is defaulted to once per day (Settings > All Settings > Polling Settings > #5 from the top).
