Alert Reset Condition is not working my environment

i have checked alert reset condition looks fine but in active alert page all node reboot alert is active since last two days. How to fix this issue.

Hi,

Have the alert "Node rebooted" work before?

I assume you used the out of box alert of "Node rebooted".

Below picture is the trigger condition of out of box alert for "Node rebooted".

Base on my understanding,

Node reboot alert will only work on nodes polled using agents, SNMP, WMI .

Yes, node reboot alerting is working fine before happening this issue. I have disable then enable node reboot alert. Then node reboot alert automatically in active alert page. But not clear in moogsoft. Now observing reset condition for one hour, the node reboot alert will also clear the Moogsoft console.
