Email alerts - change the color of the banner

Hi All.

I'm setting up email alerts for some new monitors (note: we normally use alerts with an automation to create incidents in our ticketing system.  I am relatively newbee about email alerts. This is special request).

My email alerts display this banner near the top: 

In case the image doesn't come through, it's a Red banner that says 'ALERT'.

When the alert clears an email is sent with a green banner that says 'ALERT CLEARED'

The problem is, I get the red banner even for alerts at a Warning severity.

Is there a way to make emails for Warning events display a Yellow banner rather than red?

you'd use a SWQL macro that had a CASE statement that'd turn the status into some component of your banner

If the banner is an image, you could have it be CASE WHEN x.Status = 2 then '/redbanner.jpg'.. WHEN x.Status = 3 then '/orangeebanner.jpg'
If the banner is html formatting, then same deal but with a hex code for colour or something.
