Today, I noticed that most devices in our environment are showing up, but the last poll date is showing March 23, 2024. Can you please tell me why this is happening and how to fix it?
What modules do you have in your environment, what are the polling methods you use SNMP/Agent ? Easiest way to check if polling isnt happening is by opening a node page and checking if CPU or Memory stats is being collected, if you see that no data is being collected then you are right.
First thing that you should try is rebooting your SolarWinds Server for the affected poller. This might fix the issue (but then only if its a generic case).
You can create not polling alerts or DB not being updated accordingly - thats step 2.
Raise a vendor support case as well and check if you can find any errors in logs.
Please check if your DB server and Pollers are in the same timezone. If they are not, set them to the same time zone.

I agree with @adam.beedell that you should contact support as there could be a few different reasons why this happened and its hard to pin down a cause in a forum discussion, especially for something as critical as this where time is important.
