Different diagnostic file sizes when created from Web Console and App

Why is it if I create a Diagnostic through the Web console the diagnostics file output is over 3GB, but If I do it through the SolarWinds Diagnostics app it is 200 MB? I figure there are options on what is collected, but using the defaults in each tool provides drastically different results.

If I did create it through the Web console, where is it located on the disk so I don't have to download it?

C:\ProgramData\SolarWinds\Diagnostics
When you run console diags, stores them here on the server for some period.

If the directory doesn't exist, then it's expired. Need to rerun.

I would expect application vs console would be the same but never compared. It is totally dependent on what options are selected, and the database output is what takes a vast majority of space when it is large (like >1gb)
