Unable to see Disc Hardware information on HP Gen 10+ and Gen 11

Hi,

I can´t get hardware monitoring to work as it should on HP Gen 10+ and Gen 11 servers.

OS installed is Windows Server 2k22.

I see all hardware information except Disc information.

Anyone else that experience the same issue? and might have a solution?

I guess you have either SAM or HCO?

Can you describe a bit further, it might help diagnose, is it seeing them, but not correct measures? etc.?

Also, how are you monitoring - WMI, SNMP, Agent?

HP removed disk info via WMI when using Insight Manger. I think it's still there on SNMP. You could try changing the node to SNMP, but it's a pain and not recommended at this day and age for Windows.

The alternative would be to build something customer as a SAM Application Template and attempt to reach into iLo for the info, at least a general 'OK' or 'Not OK' for visibility.

The disk information comes from the iLO only now from what I can tell. Add SNMP polling of the server(s) iLO and you should see disk status.
